Everything you need to know before and after your order.
Delivery
Manufacturing takes 3 to 5 business days. Once your piece is ready, it ships within 24 hours and typically reaches you in 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Shipping partners
We ship worldwide through FedEx, DHL, and UPS, choosing the carrier best suited to your location.
Packaging
Every piece is packed to strict standards we developed specifically for handblown glass and resin. Each item is wrapped and cushioned individually before it leaves our studio.
In the rare case that a piece arrives damaged, you keep it and we send a replacement free of charge, no questions asked. Just write to us at ask@withghazal.com with a photo and your order number.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Write to us at ask@withghazal.com with your order number to get started.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging. We cannot accept returns on pieces that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your returned piece, back to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Broken on arrival
If a piece arrives damaged, you keep it and we send a replacement at no cost. No need to return anything. Write to us with a photo and your order number and we will take care of the rest.
